• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded

• If a connection is lost during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdjl org. Any such behavior, once detected, will result in immediate action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing artificial bets or transactions to exploit the bonus system
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Pre-arranging the outcome of any match with another user
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the origins of illegal funds
• Harassing other users or attempting to compromise the security of the platform

8Account Suspension & Closure

Bdjl org reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed rule violations
• Failure to verify identity or age
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• At the user's own request
• Self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Any verified balance remaining in a permanently closed account is generally refunded within 5–7 business days. However, if the account was closed due to a policy violation, the balance may not be returned.
